This hard-hitting presentation is born from Dr. Kezele's personal experiences in Eastern Europe and opens with the "Laying the Foundation" for evolution that Ernst Haeckel laid down in Germany and in Europe as a whole. It then reviews how this foundation was used to promote racism and how the Nazis took advantage of that foundation. The scene then shifts to Soviet Russia after "Revolution of Foundation" and a recounting of some of the terrible events that occurred there in an evolutionary based political system. The last sections are "Evolution of Foundation" in America and "The Consequences". They show why we now have to deal with racism, abortion, euthanasia, embryonic stem cells, and rationing of health care.

If I ask you to draw a daisy, where does that process start? It starts as a non-material thought in your mind and only then can it be converted into a physical reality. Two words - God and pharmacy will be discussed in this presentation. The information stored in DNA (required for life) is non-material and had to originate from an eternal, non-material mind. A mind was also required to intricately design plants. Many plants have components which they need for their protection, growth, etc. but which have also been designed to provide additional nutritional value, usable by humans. We will look at several plants and the astounding quantity of components found within each. If used, the result might be improved health and longevity as we take in the components to accurately make our cells.

"Helium in granite minerals shows the Earth is young!"

Uranium atoms make helium atoms as they decay to lead. The RATE project found that such helium produced in radioactive zircon crystals in deep, hot granitic rock from New Mexico has not had time to escape, even though helium leaks out of most minerals fast. Though the zircons contain 1.5 billion years' worth of nuclear decay products, we measured high rates of helium leakage from them. The rates show that the helium has been leaking for only 6,000 years (+ or -2000 years). This is not only evidence for the youth of the earth, but also for an episode of greatly speeded-up decay rates during the year of the Genesis flood, only 4500 years ago. That shrinks the "millions of years" (of radioactivity dates) down to months (during the year of the flood). Uniformitarians have tried to discredit these data for two decades, but we have answered every one, and they have not produced any experiments or observations contradicting the data.

We will look at what was reported, what was actually found, the role of the artist in the fossil reconstructions, out-of-order fossils, soft tissue in fossils. All said, the fossils speak volumes against evolution and volumes for creation.

Oil wells in the Gulf of Mexico are being refilled with oil coming up from below the current oil fields. Russia has drilled over 300 eight-mile deep wells into the Earth's granite crust. This has worked so well that they worked in Vietnam and found oil off its coast where everyone said there was no oil. Oil used to be found in sedimentary rock at 2-3 miles deep, but the Russians found a new source. What is happening? There are two basic theories on the way oil is made. The number one theory for the last 150 years is the Biotic Theory or the plant/animal theory. The second theory is called the Abiotic Theory and it means no plants. Russ will show scientific data on both and let you decide which to believe.
When running for president Al Gore said in 2000 that by 2018 oil production would peak (Called Peak Oil) From then we would run out of oil in the next few year.

We see stars and galaxies that are so far away, it seems their light would need millions or even billions of years for the light to reach us. Many people have used this to challenge the idea that the heavens and Earth were created merely thousands of years ago. This talk shows how this seemingly straightforward challenge relies on multiple assumptions being true-and at least some of them are false. Furthermore, it is not Biblical Creation which is disproved by distant starlight. It turns out that the Big Bang model has a fatal 'light travel time' problem of its own. The vastness of the cosmos does not disprove the Bible--instead, it supports the glory of our Creator.

Al Heitkamp Died, May 1, 2023
Heitkamp, Alfred Henry, Jr. age 89, passed away in his sleep May 1, 2023. BornApril 7, 1934 in Minneapolis, MN. Preceded in death by wife, Rolene Naomi (Reetz) Heitkamp; father, Alfred H. Heitkamp Sr.; mother, Ruth (Eide) Heitkamp; brother, John C. Heitkamp. Survived by sister, Elizabeth (Bill) Blood; sons, Bruce A. Heitkamp, Mark L. Heitkamp, and Peter J. Heitkamp. Graduated from the University of MN BS 1956. Board member of the Twin Cities Creation Society. Enjoyed playing Bridge, camping, traveling, attending Wayzata High Football games and teaching others about Creation. Elder and Sunday School Superintendent at Redeemer Lutheran Church. He Retired from Cargill after 37 years and was a long-time resident of Plymouth MN. Funeral service 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 115 Wayzata Boulevard West, Wayzata with visitation 1 hour prior at church. Reception following. He was a creation pioneer and influencial starting in the early years of TCCSA. He related the following information regarding how he got started in the Creation movement.
Al Heitkamp's Story
Al Heitkamp was challenged by Walter Lang in 1968 to remember that "Adam and Eve were real people." At the time, Al was a chemist, was teaching Sunday School and about to become Sunday School superintendent at his church. His interest was captured and realized that although he was a scientist, he had received no background in this area. In 1976, he awoke in the middle of the night aware of the Lord speaking to him, saying to sell his extra business and reduce his church responsibilities in order to devote more time to the cause of creation. Al became involved with TCCSA at the time of the 1976 Conference and later joined the TCCSA Board and also the Bible Science Board. At the 1983 Conference, he gave a talk on the Cretaceous Iridium layer, showing that Noah's Flood was the explanation that best fit the evidence. This concept was carried further by others in the 1992 Conference. He continues to speak and serve on the Board.
A project that Al, as a chemist, was involved in was prevention of malaria. Here is an article, "Malaria Project" he shared with TCCSA's Dave Johnson in January 2022.

Most of us have heard of "natural selection" but very few have heard of "super"natural selection. This is the most recent and up-to-date information that destroys the very foundations of what we have been taught about evolution and takes even Creationists "outside of the box" of their previous thinking. Processes thought to take long periods of time are now being seen in just hours and the cause is clearly unnatural. This is a must see for every parent and child to help understand the world around us from a Biblical perspective and to discern the volumes of false information coming at us about evolution, not just in science class but in every subject.

"Nimrod and the Tower of Babel"
My presentation is probably more like a Bible study, but we look into the historical aspects of the man called "Nimrod" and the "Tower of Babel". The Biblical narrative found in Genesis 10 and 11, concludes the part of Genesis that is frequently considered to be fables, or at best legends, with no basis in reality. The "Table of Nations" found in Genesis 10 makes special mention of Nimrod in the land of Shinar. Then in Genesis 11 we find the Biblical account of the tower built in this land of Shinar, resulting in the confusion of languages.
As we look at the accounts of Nimrod and the tower, we'll ask some specific questions: Just who is "Nimrod"? Where was his kingdom? Is there any extra-biblical evidence? What and where was the tower of Babel? Why was it built? Why was God displeased? And, what about languages?

Illustrations of dinosaurs now commonly show feathers. Is this based on good evidence? A generation ago archaeopteryx was touted as a transition from dinosaur to bird. Once it is believed that dinosaurs are the ancestors of birds, it would make sense that feathers may have appeared long before they had any relation to flight. Are scales and feathers just variations of the same thing?
Joe Taylor is a man of many talents including art and science. He has a creation museum in Texas and is widely recognized for preserving fossils, setting up dinosaur displays and producing reproductions. In addition, he is a great story teller with knowledge to back it up. Joe has been fighting cancer for the past few months and unable to travel so will be coming via Zoom. Please pray for Joe as his fight is not over yet.

More Dinosaur Soft Tissue Labs
To date, the Dinosaur Soft Tissue Research Institute ( dstri.org) has published 7 papers in peer-reviewed publications on the characteristics of dinosaur soft tissue (dST). Most people are unaware of the presence and the very high preservation of dST still present in dinosaur bones buried just below the surface all throughout the Hell Creek Formation.
TCCSA hosted microscopy labs in September 2022. Labs will be available January 9-14, 2023 in Las Cruses New Mexico . See Website or Flier .

This talk calls for a return to the straight forward reading of Genesis from a Biblical and Scientific point of view. It goes through the first 4 days in terms of what God says about how He created the Universe, including the astronomical bodies. The sequence of events and evidences such as the formation of stars and Super Nova Remnants (SNR's) fit the Biblical narrative far better than Big Bang Theory. I will begin with explaining problems with the Gap theory and the currently popular Framework Hypothesis. The heart of the talk is to go through what the sequence of events that God says He went through and why that makes sense from an engineering perspective.

"Is the Screaming Mummy the First Son of Pharaoh?"
 
The Screaming Mummy is the most unusual mummy ever discovered. He was found at Deir El-Bahari in the famous cache of royal mummies, and thus he must have been a prince. He was found wrapped in a sheepskin. He is the only mummy every discovered--out of thousands--who was found in a sheepskin. Burial in a sheepskin was a violation of Egyptian religious law. However, sheepskin burials are known to have been a practice of the ancient Canaanites, and may have also been a practice of the Israelites. The Screaming Mummy was not properly mummified since his internal organs were not removed, and he was also hastily mummified while still in rigor mortis. He was unusually packed in natron in an expensive but unfinished cedar-log casket, and beside him in his casket were two common staffs. This presentation will argue that the Screaming Mummy is Webensenu, the missing first born son of Amenhotep II, the Pharaoh of the Exodus, and it will also argue that Amenhotep II thought that the killing of the lambs in the first Passover was to acquire their skins as way of faking death in order to fool the angel of death. However, Amenhotep II had a ram killed-not a lamb-- and missed smearing lamb's blood on top and sides of the door frame of his palace, and hence his son died anyway. This presentation will also argue that the obvious haste in the burial of the Screaming Mummy was because Amenhotep II had decided to chase after the fleeing Israelites of the Exodus.

"The Soft Side of a Mean Dinosaur"
To date, the Dinosaur Soft Tissue Research Institute ( dstri.org) has published 7 papers in peer-reviewed publications on the characteristics of dinosaur soft tissue (dST). Most people are unaware of the presence and the very high preservation of dST still present in dinosaur bones buried just below the surface all throughout the Hell Creek Formation.
Folks are shocked when they learn that dinosaur bones are still bone and not rock, and
that the soft tissue within them is the norm and not the exception.
In this presentation, the Dinosaur Soft Tissue Research Institute will review our
published findings (Cambridge University Press) from the Journal, Microscopy Today.
We will review our world-first findings of soft sheets of fibrillar bone, veins, vessels, cells
and even nerves (full of lipids) in dinosaurs including Nanotyrannus, a fierce raptor-like
dinosaur that some refer to as a juvenile T. rex. We will show that most of the bones we
collect are full of blood clots revealing disseminated intravascular coagulation and
hypercoagulopathy (yes, Google these).
Many bones that we have collected, and have
harvested soft tissue from, will be on display and can be handled by attendees. Free
copies of our "Old Stretchy" books will be given away to all who desire them.

He was beaten by the Phoenicians 2000 BC, Greeks 90 AD, Hebrew Roman Christians 790 AD, Vikings 1362 AD, Chinese 1421 AD and many others. This program will be a survey of pre-Columbian visitors to the New World since the time of Christ. With emphasis on evidence of the Vikings visiting near Alexandria MN and the Viking Rune Stone.
Artifacts found in fields show evidence for Vikings in the area. Critics say that they are things that Scandinavians brought with them to the New World in the 1800's and lost them in the fields where others plowed them up latter. Imagine these poor immigrants coming to Minnesota. They are allowed to bring one trunk with them. These artifacts are antiques and worth a lot on money. They bring them and then loose them in the fields. I don't think so.
1. They could not afford them to start with.
2. If they could afford them, they would not be so careless as to take them out and loose them in the fields and woods!

"Myth and Mystery of the Minnesota Glaciers"
 
Was Minnesota really cut gouged and bulldozed by glaciers? Is there scientific evidence for this?
There are 10 geological formations that are said to be made by glaciers.
Everyone of them can be accounted for by a world wide Flood.
When a parent asked for a place to show his kids evidence for glaciers having been in Minnesota, the head of the DNR said "There is no place" In spite of no scientific evidence, students in the Midwest have been taught for over 100 years that the land was crushed, gouged, and bulldozed by glaciers for millions of years.
Glacier theory depends on evidence provided by the gravel deposits they supposedly left. This evidence can be interpreted two ways, it is either water or glacier formed. Geology books say that glacier rocks, sand & gravel will be sharp and broken, like shattered glass, while water formed stones will be rounded. That is the key to the evidence. Every place I have gone to look at the glacier evidence has turned out to be rounded materials showing that it was a result of a huge catastrophic flood.
Russ will draw from his 18 years digging dinosaurs in the Badlands as well as visiting glacier made geology in Minnesota. Russ will show 10 examples of glacier made structures (Kettle lakes, till, moraines, kames, eskers and more) that are actually proof of a world wide flood that covered Minnesota as well as the Dakotas and are found throughout the world.
Though now residing in California, Russ still visits glacier evidence that turns out to be evidence for Noah's Flood.

"You Are Mistaken:
Science Gone Awry"

The first part is taken from Jesus' response to the Pharisees concerning the resurrection in Matthew 22:29. The complete statement is "You are mistaken because you know neither the scriptures nor the power of God" (NEB). Science and its views of origins are mistaken because it is operating on a limited knowledge base, rejecting the scriptures and the power of God.
As a result, it will be impossible for science to arrive at a correct understanding of creation and the natural world. The current drift from Darwin and the contrasting trend toward intelligent beginnings, once again leaves scientists wondering where they went wrong. Christians have the answer.
The issues that would be addressed would include 1) a Christian view of knowledge; 2) five components of a Biblical worldview of the creation that are all denied by the current science consensus; 3) the good that science could do for mankind if redirected from its "mistakes."
(There is other content that will come to mind when I spend time in the development of the presentation.)

When did the cavemen live... and more
You hear of "cavemen", "hunter-gatherer", the "bronze and iron ages", etc. but how accurate are these terms and where do these really fit into a historically accurate timeline? We will look at who cavemen were and why they were.
We will spend the first 10 minutes looking at how you can know what I am saying is accurate. You may find this helpful for you to evaluate the accuracy of information from the media. Then we will sort out some of the mixture of myth and truth surrounding cavemen.
This will be based around a bigger picture of a timeline based on the oldest written records (including the Bible), archaeology, genetics, geology, and the Hebrew language. The timeline being used is probably accurate within about 150 years and generally within 50 years or less.
Don Slinger has a B.S. in Wildlife Management from the University of Minnesota and is a graduate of Police Staff and Command from Northwestern University. During his 33 years in natural resource law enforcement he fine-tuned his investigation skills which now help him sort for accurate information. He also served a number of years on the Twin Cities Creation Science Association board of directors.

In this program you get both. Russ McGlenn will be comparing the anatomy of the 40-foot-long neck of the Apatosaurus to the 7-foot-long neck of the giraffe.
Russ will compare the wings and blood circulatory system of the pterodactyl to that of a bat. He will show similar structures and how they function in the biggest pterodactyl which had a 40-foot wingspan. You can see a full-size replica of this one at the Saint Paul science museum hanging from the ceiling.
So, you get a choice of a 40-foot neck or a 20-foot wing. Or stay and be served both.

Remembering Bill Overn
Bill was a student at the University of Minnesota when a providential meeting took place. He was picked up as a hitch hiker in 1947 by Dr. Henry Morris, who was then on the faculty at the University. Dr. Morris asked Bill about his spiritual status and gave him the book "That Ye May Believe," which was his earliest book on creation although at that time he seemed to embrace the "Gap Theory." Bill had not been open about his creationist beliefs before that time, thinking that if objective and honest scientists accepted evolution, then there must be a considerable body of evidence for it. He was convicted of this when reading the book and further, just after finishing the book, received a phone call from the Chairwoman of Gamma Delta, the Missouri Synod student organization wondering if he could give a couple of talks on the relationship of the Bible and Science. Bill recalls that before that time, he would not have done it, but the Lord's timing was impeccable.
At one of those talks was a pastor who asked Bill to speak at his church. Further contacts and word of mouth publicity lead to a regular speaking ministry that involved many churches in the area and beyond at the rate of about a talk a month which has continued into the present. After Bill had started working for Univac, in about 1963 or 1964, he was awakened at about 7:00 am on a Saturday by a phone call from Rev. Walter Lang. Walter was at that time pastoring in Caldwell Idaho but also traveling and lecturing on the Bible and Science. He had heard about Bill from people at a church where he was speaking and wanted to get acquainted. Bill recalls that neither was impressed by the other. Walter did not have scientific training and was mispronouncing words to the point that Bill did not understand what he was talking about. Walter felt Bill must be ignorant of what he considered exciting scientific developments that confirmed the Bible.

Rates of erosion are known and the earth's crust above sea level should be eroded flat within 10 million years at present rates of erosion. Even if the crust is rising in some areas, there are sedimentary layers reputed to be hundreds of millions of years lying on top. This is not compatible with the current theories of earth history.

 "Pluto, The Undiscovered Country"
In 1930 Pluto was discovered by amateur astronomer Clyde Tombaugh. 85 years after the discovery of Pluto, with the Horizon fly by July 14 2015, we now know what it looks like. Much of the "evolutionary speculation" for 85 years has been proven to be false. I will give 10 undiscovered anomalies that show Pluto could not "evolve" over billions of years but was made by God in a moment of time.
The data sent back to earth from the New Horizon probe has been interpreted by scientists only from an evolutionary world view. The "Undiscovered County" means that much about Pluto is undiscovered because of their bias. Much of the Undiscovered Country is data that shows "God Did It."
Other Undiscovered countries of our Solar System.
These are called by scientist "anomalies." When this word is used and we read between the lines it means: "It does not fit evolutionary theories." I call these theories stories as they are not science based on math formulas.

"Biblical Worldview as it Relates to Science"
Today, Bible-believers are a great minority among practicing scientists and are subject to much persecution. Yet, modern science was developed on principles directly derived from Christian theology. Despite that history, science today operates without even token admission of its roots. How does this affect current scientific practices? Can we trust the conclusions of all those men and women in white lab coats? Can science operate in a moral and ontological vacuum? We will examine three examples of how the turn from belief in God has affected modern thought: geomorphology (the shape of the earth's surface), fossilization (the process of preserving the remains of living organisms), and genetics (specifically as it relates to the genetic history of mankind). In each of these subject areas, we will examine the evolutionary scenarios put forth to date and weight them against solid biblical exposition. In the end, we will see that the evolutionary conclusions for each of these subjects is derived more from starting assumptions than it is from reality. Science belongs under the umbrella of Christianity.

"Marco Polo and Chinese Dragons. Dinosaur or Myth?"
In 1271 Marco Polo made his famous trip to China. A distance of 2000 miles by the silk route road. He came through the Chinese province of Karajan. While staying there he observed and described in detail a creature over 50 feet long. Polo explored and described China for 24 years. He wrote much of this in journals that were made into a book (The Travels of Marco Polo) when he returned to Europe. Considered to be a scholar and astute historian of the Chinese culture, why do some scientists who read his account of the 50 foot monster think he made it up or exaggerated? We will look at this creature as well as other animals described in Chinese literature. Stories of Chinese dragons date back to the Ming Dynasty about 2000 BC, the time of Abraham. Questions we will cover:
Was Polo describing a dinosaur?
What other evidence is there for this creature.
Why were the local people afraid of it?
What method did they devise to kill this animal so big and tough skinned?
Is there a scientific explanation for fire breathing dragon/dinosaurs?
Are there really flying dragons?
Russ and Amy are planning to go to China on a mission trip in October. They will teach in southern Yunan Province. This will depend on two factors: Financially we need to raise $3000 for the trip and have $1000 raised so far. Politically: the government is tightening control over Christian meetings. The missionary friends we will visit, want us to teach Creation science to college students, homeschools and home church groups. To keep a low profile, we will not have any large group meetings. The basic teachings of contemporary evolution were developed long before anything was understood about genetics. Thus, early investigators, such as Darwin, understood little of genetics and inheritance, but contemporary researchers do not have this excuse. As our understanding of genetics increases, the validity of evolution diminishes. What is more, recent discoveries about the nature and function of the human genome strongly contradict several popular evolutionary claims and strongly support a creation model.

Fragments of several proteins have been extracted from different dinosaur fossils. Evolutionists have proposed various mechanisms to explain how these proteins could survive for millions of years in a buried fossil. However, protein degradation studies contradict the claims that certain conditions could preserve proteins for millions of years. Instead, these proteins are evidence that the dinosaur fossils are only a few thousand years of age.

which led to the Jewish revolt of Judas Maccabaeus in the 160's BC. This is essential background for the world in which Jesus was born.

PART OF "MANY MIRACLES IN THE LIFE OF RICHARD BROADBERRY"
One morning, while in Taiwan and in the process of preparing for the publication of his first book with Dr. Ethel Nelson, Richard stayed at home
in bed due to a very bad cold and sore throat. Suddenly God spoke to him and said: 'I want you to go to the National Palace Museum and find an Oracle Bone expert'.
Instantly his nose stopped running and his sore throat was healed. He arose from his bed, completely healed, and walked to the National Palace Museum. He asked the
receptionist if there was an oracle bone expert there and she told him to wait a moment. A few minutes later he was introduced to Mr. Chang Guang Yuan,
an oracle bone expert. Richard showed him the manuscript for the first book that was being prepared for publication.
Expecting him to laugh at the idea that the ancient Chinese writing contained the truths recorded in Genesis, Richard was surprised when Mr. Chang said:
'No one knows for certain who invented the ancient Chinese writing so there is no reason why foreigners can't have their theories about the origins of
the Chinese characters. However, in your manuscript you are not analyzing the most ancient forms of the Chinese writing. You need to analyze 'Oracle Bone Characters'!

"The Drake Equation: Does It Prove Life in the Galaxy?"
 The Drake Equation
A recent National Geographic article alluded to a scientific formula that "proves" we will find life in the Galaxy. My ears pricked up at that because normally neither search for extraterrestrial intrlligence nor evolution have any mathematical formulas that could be used to prove or falsify a statement.
In September 1959, physicists Giuseppe Cocconi and Philip Morrison published an article in the journal Nature with the provocative title "Searching for Interstellar Communications." Cocconi and Morrison argued that radio telescopes had become sensitive enough to pick up transmissions that might be broadcast into space by civilizations orbiting other stars. Soon thereafter, Radio astronomer Frank Drake hosted a "search for extraterrestrial intelligence" meeting on detecting their radio signals. The meeting was held in 1961. The equation that bears Drake's name arose out of his preparations for the meeting and is touted as proof of the existence of life in the galaxy. SETI is still searching!
What it proves depends on the assumptions and guesses you put into the equation.

Dragon stories are ubiquitous; nearly every ancient culture has one. Many ancient historians, including Herodotus and Josephus, report on dragons. Alexander the Great and Marco Polo reported seeing dragons. Cities around the world maintain monuments, sculptures and paintings of dragons. Ancient books, including the Bible and the Epic of Gilgamesh mention dragons. Dictionaries up to about 100 years ago, define dragons as a living creature.
Are dragons a myth? Or are they legendary? This talk endeavors to explore what we know about dragons from both history and other writings.

The implications of the 'Fall' and curse of sin is clearly illustrated in modern genetics. Modern research on our Human DNA has yielded some surprising results on how well Human Genetics fits the Biblical history of mankind."
Helmut is a recently retired engineering manager with a Fortune 200 company. He holds BS and MS degrees in industrial engineering from the University of Illinois and has held positions in a variety of national and international assignments. He is a certified engineering manager, and in 2006 was elected to the board of trustees of IIE - an international society serving the Industrial and Systems Engineering profession. In 2012 he was honored as a "Fellow" of the IIE society.
Helmut is also president of the Quad-City Creation Science Association; an 8-year old group dedicated to telling the truth in science education. He is a member of the Creation Research Society and has recently been named an Ambassador/Speaker for Logos Research Associates.
In recent years he has become a popular speaker on Creation Science topics as well as Atheism and Intelligent Design. He has spoken to churches, youth groups, on college campuses and civic organizations throughout the Midwest USA, but also in France, Germany and Poland.

One step forward, two steps back"
Experimental evolution (observed changes over thousands of generations and trillions of organisms) was expected to show evolution of new genes. Instead, it shows: 1) loss of gene function to overcome a selective pressure, or 2) simple rearrangements of existing genetic structures, not new genes. The scope of evolutionary opportunity in these experiments is similar that of humans evolving from chimpanzees, but humans have hundreds of new genes compared to chimps. We who read and believe the Bible when it states that the sun stood still, rarely think about the full implications. Skeptics dismiss it all as myth. But there is both archeologic and geologic evidence for many post flood catastrophes that fit with the Biblical record of miraculous changes in the usual order of nature.
This talk is based on the unpublished manuscript of Robert Helfinstine entitled "After The Manner of Egypt" and is given as a tribute to Bob, who died January 1, 2016.

Robert Helfinstine Died, January 1, 2016
Helfinstine, Robert "Bob" Finley 88, died Friday, January 1, 2016. Bob began working as an engineer at the Minneapolis Honeywell Regulator Company in 1950 in its Aeronautical Division. When he retired in 1989 as a Principle System Engineer after 37 years with Honeywell, he had helped develop control systems for 18 different aircraft and obtained two patents. Bob was active in the Twin Cities Creation Science Association beginning in 1974. He was a pioneer in the Creation movement and a tireless researcher and author. He dove into issues that others had abandoned and found gems of truth. He co-wrote with Jerry Roth, Texas Tracks and Artifacts showing clearly that the "discredited" human and dinosaur tracks in the Paluxy River region of Texas were genuine. He also researched the topic of post-flood catastrophes and left an unpublished manuscript which is the main resource for the TCCSA talk on January 19, 2016 which will be given in honor of him.

a B.S. in Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, a B.A. in
theology from Moody Bible Institute, the M.D. from the University of Minnesota, and the
Masters in Public Health from Harvard University. Dr. Guliuzza served nine years in the Navy
Civil Engineer Corps and is a registered professional engineer. He is Board Certified in
Aerospace Medicine and was a physician in the U.S. Air Force until retiring in 2008.

How Did Noah Build the Ark? With Noah's pre-Flood intelligence, his focus on the purpose God assigned for his life, and communication with the Creator Himself, he was able to complete the construction of the Ark from the basic instructions we find in Scripture.
There is evidence that ships approaching the size of the Ark have in fact existed in ancient times. The ancient Greeks built a ship named Syracusia (or Alexandris) that carried around 4,000 tons of cargo. The pre-modern Chinese also built giant wooden ships. The 15th-century sea-going junks of the ambassador Cheng Ho approached the size of the Ark (John Woodmorappe, "Noah's Ark Feasibility Study," Dallas, TX: Institute for Creation Research, p. 50).

I am going to speak on the great importance we, as followers of Christ, have to defend our faith. I will be focusing on how to tell a Bible skeptic that God's Word is true, as well as, how we know God created the earth and the entirety of creation in six literal, twenty-four hour days. I will include many points using the biblical Hebrew language, which I have studied in depth. I pray the Lord will use my words to bless, encourage and challenge you.

Bill Nye the "Science Guy" - propagates THE LIE.
Does he really know Science?
Many people have said that they were frustrated over the debate between Bill Nye and Ken Ham. They felt Ken should have addressed Bill Nye's criticisms more specifically. Ken Ham was attacking the basic philosophy of evolutionism and did not get into the specifics too much with Nye. Russ has taken some of Nye's statements and will show that they are not scientifically accurate and that he is speaking from a lack of scientific knowledge.
Bill Nye's three year TV program is being shown in public schools today. As such it is very anti-Biblical. Nye has now become a very outspoken anti-Biblical "Poster Boy" for evolutionism. Nye has also said that those who teach Creation Science in Christian schools and homeschools are "science deniers" and others accuse them of child abuse. What are the ramifications of this accusation for Christians today? Below are some of his nonscientific statements we will address:
1 Bill Nye - "Ice Cores show that glaciers are 160,000 years old. Much older than the Bible says"
2 Bill Nye - "The light from distant stars proves the universe is more than 6000 years old."
3 Bill Nye - "The boat constructed by Noah could not float."
4 Bill Nye - "All the animal species would not fit on the Ark."
5 Bill Nye - "We're the product of stardust, brought together by gravity."

Certain aspects of evolution occasionally seem fairly plausible to many people ... even Christians. If we use our imagination, we can envision fish slowly turning into amphibians, with their fins gradually being transformed into legs and their lungs adapting to breathing air. However, when we take a closer look at what actually has to go on inside (in the DNA) we see a very different picture. It's like looking under the hood of a beautiful red sports car only to find that its engine is completely missing! Presenting some cutting-edge information about DNA, this presentation clearly demonstrates (in laymen's terms) that molecules-to-man evolution is virtually impossible.

Temple Treasure made into Egyptian bracelets?
Israeli archaeologists from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem have unearthed a Byzantine-era hoard of gold in Jerusalem's Old City.
Dig director Eilat Mazar described the excavation of 36 gold coins, a gold medallion inscribed with a Jewish ritual candelabrum and a selection of gold and silver jewellery as "a breathtaking, once-in-a-lifetime discovery."
A statement said that the treasure was found about 50 metres (yards) from the southern wall of the Al-Aqsa mosque compound, known to Jews as Temple Mount and venerated as the site of the Jewish temples of kings Solomon and Herod.
Mazar, of the Hebrew University Institute of Archaeology, said that while excavations in the same area had revealed artifacts from the time of Solomon's temple, which according to Jewish tradition was razed by the Babylonians in 586 BC, the seventh century finds were completely unexpected.
"It would appear that the most likely explanation is that the...cache was earmarked as a contribution toward the building of a new synagogue, at a location that is near the Temple Mount," the statement quoted her as saying.
"What is certain is that their mission, whatever it was, was unsuccessful. The treasure was abandoned, and its owners could never return to collect it."
Mazar estimates they were abandoned in the context of the Persian conquest of Jerusalem in 614 CE," the statement said.

"THE MONKEY TRIAL: EVOLUTION, THEOLOGY, AND THE MEDIA"
Dr. Richard Plumb, Provost of the University, will welcome all and convene the event.
Professor Kenneth Kemp will review the history of the trial in order to show that the popular image is historically inaccurate and has sown confusion on the larger issue of the relation between science and religion.
Professor Mark Neuzil will examine the trial within the history of media coverage of dramatic events in America. The Scopes Monkey Trial took place just five years after the first commercial radio station was born. It was the first live radio broadcast from a U.S. courtroom, and became one of many media "trials of the century."
Professor Philip Rolnick, Professor of Theology and Chair of STN, will moderate the event.

Why are fossilized dinosaur bones buried in the ground? How are fossils formed? Was there a global flood? Do we have any proof? What can we learn from Mt. St. Helens and erosion? David Mikkelson is a talented, up and coming Creation Paleontologist. He experienced his first Dinosaur Dig with Russ McGlenn, when he was nine years old. David's been trained in fossil preparation and casting by Creation Paleontologist Joe Taylor and has been on several other dinosaur digs with Russ, Joe and Dr. Carl Baugh. He has several fossil replicas on display in museums around the Country. David's been on the TCCSA Board since January 2014.

From a very early age, our children are surrounded by a secular view of the world (including evolution and millions of years) which often leaves them with the impression the Bible is nothing but a bunch of made of stories. Teaching our kids to be confident the Bible is true, test everything through the lens of the Bible and see the big picture of biblical history beginning with creation is critical to helping them stand firm in their Christian faith and be prepared for the challenges they will face when they eventually leave home. In her talk, Shyla Allard will share practical ideas centered on these three themes to help us teach our kids to think biblically.
